The project is located in Bruckmannweg 10, right in the heart of Stuttgart’s famous Weissenhof Estate. When it was built in 1927, this Estate on the Killesberg hills in Stuttgart, Germany, was tantamount to a revolution in the building industry: the designs created by various world-famous architects demonstrated how we could build and live in the future. Parts of the Weissenhof Estate were destroyed during the war and rebuilt afterwards – with the exception of one plot of ground in Bruckmannweg that has lain unused since 1945. Now, for a period of three years, a new and progressive, future-oriented building is to stand on this site.
